The second module in each section uses adaptive scoring, which means the difficult changes based on how you are doing.
Imagine you're playing a video game. At first, the game gives you easy challenges to see how well you can play. If you do well, the game starts giving you harder challenges. But if you find it difficult and make mistakes, the game gives you easier challenges until you get better.
The Digital SAT is kind of like that game. It starts with questions that are not too easy but not too hard either. If you answer them correctly, the test thinks, "Hmm, you're pretty good at this," and gives you harder questions. But if you get them wrong, the test gives you easier questions.
So, the test is trying to figure out just how good you are by adjusting the difficulty of the questions based on your answers. It's like the test is adapting to you!
