Policies and Agreement

Thank you for choosing My2tor! We are committed to providing an exceptional experience for your student. Please read the following policies before your first session. By checking the box when you enroll, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.
Payment
After you enroll or book, you’ll receive invoices by email with a secure link to pay by credit card. We also accept Zelle (tina@my2tor.com), Venmo (@My2tor), and check (payable to My2tor).
Private tutoring: Payment is due at the time of each session.
Small group programs: Choose one of two options at registration:
● Pay in full: $850
● Payment plan: $100 deposit, $375 at the first class, and $375 at Week 3
Your student’s spot is confirmed once the deposit or full payment is received.
If you’re on the payment plan, all remaining payments are still due if your student withdraws after the program begins.
When you pay an invoice online, you can save your card. If you’re on the payment plan or have ongoing private sessions, your saved card will be charged automatically when each invoice is issued. You’ll always get an email receipt.
Cancellation Policy - Private Tutoring
We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a private tutoring session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 fee. We understand that emergencies happen, please reach out, and we will do our best to work with you.
If My2tor needs to cancel or reschedule a session, we will notify you as soon as possible and find a time that works for you at no additional cost.
Makeup Policy - Small Group Tutoring
The small group program runs on a fixed schedule and curriculum, each week builds on the last. If your student needs to miss a session, they will receive a written recap of what was covered and any materials from that class. If live instruction is needed for the missed content, we offer a one hour private tutoring makeup session at a discounted rate of $125. If your student needs to miss more than two sessions, we'll work with you to transition to private tutoring instead. The unused portion of your small group payment, based on the sessions remaining, will be applied toward private tutoring at our standard rate of $150 per hour. Any sessions beyond that amount are billed at the standard rate.
Refunds
Completed tutoring sessions are non-refundable. For small group programs, refund requests made before the first session will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No refunds are available after the program has begun.
Session Recordings
Sessions may be recorded to allow your student to review material and for quality purposes. Recordings are for your family's personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared publicly.
Course Materials
Worksheets, guides, and other materials provided during tutoring are for your student's personal learning use. Please don't reproduce or share materials outside your family without our written permission.
Results
My2tor is dedicated to helping every student build confidence, improve their test-taking skills, and perform at their best. While we work hard to support meaningful score improvement, we cannot guarantee specific score outcomes as results depend on a variety of factors including student effort, preparation, and test-day conditions.
Limitation of Liability
My2tor's responsibility is limited to the fees paid for the course or session in question. We are not liable for indirect or incidental issues, including technical disruptions or internet outages during online sessions.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
My2tor will not be held responsible for delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, illness, or platform or internet outages.
If a small group session is canceled due to severe weather, we'll reschedule it and share the new date as soon as possible.
Privacy
Information collected during registration is used only for scheduling, tutoring, and payment, and is never sold or shared for marketing.
