FAQs
What makes My2tor different from other test prep companies?
Most test prep focuses on content and practice tests - and stops there. At My2tor, we teach three things together: the content, the strategy, and the mindset. That third piece is what most programs skip entirely. We are certified in Mental Performance Mastery, which means we do not just help students know the material - we help them actually perform under pressure. If your student has studied hard but still freezes, rushes, or blanks on test day, that is not a content problem. That is exactly what we are built to solve.

What is your cancellation and makeup policy?
For private tutoring, we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are subject to a $50 fee. For small group tutoring, the group program runs on a fixed schedule - each week builds on the last. If a session is missed, students receive a written recap of what was covered and any materials from that session. If live instruction is needed for the missed content, we offer a private one-on-one makeup session at a discounted rate of $125. If a student needs to miss more than two sessions, we will work with you to transition to private tutoring.
